Why did you make this site
This site was made by an alumni of the Bellarmine Prep Robotics Club. This site was created because the regional in the pnw region were not really accessible to people who can not make it to the event. This site was made with that in mind the whole time. Originally we planed on providing just service to the FRC, FTC, and FLL services in PNW region. This site was designed on the premiss of expanding when there is any other event that want to have this service offered at there event, the can just contact us and we will hook them up with an account. So that they can stream there video also, Please let us know if we can do anything to help you or help with your event we can provide -
Why not offer streaming service
We went back and fourth on actually streaming the event several times, we finally ended at the solution we have made. This is for several reasons, one of the first being that the bandwidth at many events might not be very good, and they upstream on the connection might not be very good. To stream a video requires allot of bandwidth, and when designing the site we wanted to make sure this could be used at almost any event. Below you will find a list of other reasons that we decided to go with this type of site instead of a true stream.- Ease of use -> Streaming requires complicated software on both the computers that are streaming the video and the server that sends the video to the clients. We wanted to avoid this if at all posable
- Auto archiving -> Video will be archived automatically, so people can come back on demand and play the matches, or videos they want whenever they want
- Isn't streaming make it feel more real -> We have tried our best to accomplish this same experience with this site. With the calculations and tests we have done matches should be available no more then five minuets after a match happens. This is near real time, and for the features that are gained from having this type of site instead of streaming, we decided this would be the best option, for our operators, and our users.

How do I contact you
If you notice above in the links section there is a Live Help link. The best way to get ahold of us is to use that link, if there is not a live representative available to help you then you can fill out a form and it will send us a e-mail. We will normally respond within a max of 24 hours when it is not during a event, and 5 hours during a event (there is normally a live representative available during events). -
How are donations used
This site is run by volunteers and some of the equipment that is required to run the site costs us money. Currently the money to run the site is coming out of the administrators pocket. The site is not very sustainable with that model, and if you enjoy the service we would really appreciate a donation of any amount. Thank you again, and if you ever have any questions just feel free to contact us -
Do you collect any private information from users computers without them knowing about it
We currently use code that is make from google on our website, the project with google is called the Google Analytics project. This collects some information from your computer such as your public ip address, and your browser. None of this information can be user to trace back to you. We use this so that we can see where our users are coming from, and so we can get reports on how many people are accessing the site at different times. This allows us to build the back-end so it can support the user demands. If you have any problems with this please let the system administrator know -
How is the user information that was provided when I signed up used
We do not sell any of the information that we receive when you sign up. Your password is stored encrypted in the database, so even the system administrators can not tell what your password is. Your e-mail address is just used to set up the account, to make sure that you are a ligament user. We will also from time to time send out e-mails with this address. If you do not want to receive these e-mails please click the unsubscribe link that is in the first or next e-mail you receive. We ask that you stay on the e-mail list because you will miss out on important announcements. All other information we collect we keep private, most of the information is used to generate reports for the regional events that we serve. As always please let us know if you have any comments or concerns.
